Clontarf Foundation
Leichhardt is proud to support the Clontarf Foundation through its partnership with the Carnarvon Clontarf Academy, a school‑based program that helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander boys stay engaged in education and build positive pathways beyond school.
Operating within Carnarvon Community College since 2011, the Carnarvon Clontarf Academy delivers a holistic program focused on improving school attendance, strengthening engagement, and supporting positive behaviour. The Academy provides structured support through morning training sessions, after‑school activities, homework assistance, healthy meals, mentoring, and leadership development.
The program supports boys from Year 4 to Year 12, helping students remain connected to school, build confidence and life skills, and transition successfully into employment, vocational training, or further education.
This partnership reflects Leichhardt’s ongoing commitment to education, inclusion, and long‑term community development in the regions where we operate. By supporting the Carnarvon Clontarf Academy, Leichhardt is investing in programs that deliver meaningful outcomes for young people and contribute to stronger, more resilient communities.

At Leichhardt, we’re proud to play a role in strengthening opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in regional WA. Our partnership with the Polly Farmer Foundation and the Follow the Dream program in Carnarvon reflects our commitment to walking alongside local schools and communities.
