Richard has over 30 years' experience in health and safety, business improvement, and strategic risk management in the resources sector.

During that time, he has operated at senior levels within mining and mining services companies, including WMC Resources, BHP, Newmont Mining, and others, and across various commodities.

He has designed, implemented, influenced, and supported safety and risk programs for operations across Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Africa, and the Americas.

Richard's experience and deep knowledge of safety, risk, and business improvement allow him to design and develop strategies and transform them into everyday operational applications and practices.
