Brianna Kent has over 13 years’ experience in human resources across the mining and resources sector. She brings a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to HR, with a strong emphasis on aligning people strategy with business outcomes.

Before joining Leichhardt Industrials Group in July 2025, Brianna held senior roles at several ASX-listed organisations. She led the design and execution of people strategies, embedded culture frameworks, and implemented HR systems that improved capability and engagement. Her approach balances organisational priorities with genuine commitment to employee development and wellbeing.

Brianna holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, reflecting her dedication to governance and strategic leadership. She actively supports emerging female leaders in the industry by mentoring in the Women in Mining (WIMWA) Mentoring Program.

Having grown up in the Wheatbelt, Brianna is passionate about collaborating with local communities where Leichhardt operates, creating talent pathways and supporting long-term regional development.
